New Verse ~ Ephesians 1:17-21

I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

I have been given the privilege of teaching the ladies SS class at church and the Lord has led me to Ephesians. This week, for "homework" I asked the ladies to work over this prayer Paul prays, for US who believe! To pray it for ourselves as well as others. I had a sneaking suspicion I would need to be more focused on the this passage - God has something for me! YES! This was confirmed over abundantly last night as i watch the LiveLink of 268Generation - Louie Giglio, a man God has used powerfully in my life through his teaching and passion for the Glory of God. He sat on this passage last night in his talk; it was alive for me. I am so thankful that God is a personal intimate Father, even when I don't FEEL Him close ... my feelings are not the Truth because HE is close and fills me with Hope for His Heavenly Calling on my life. May the eyes of my heart be opened, by His Spirit - to know My Glorious Father better each day.
